This Medical/Surgical Hospitalist role is a night shift position offering a salary range of $72,072.00 – $74,229.26.

The clinical nurse provides compassionate care, demonstrating kindness and active listening to patients, families, and colleagues.

Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, tests, and documents care per regulations.

Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.

Assesses patient needs and responses to care, using sound nursing judgment for management decisions.

Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, administering prescribed medications.

Collaborates with the team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Guides ancillary staff and maintains professional nursing standards.

This role may involve handling sensitive information protected by privacy laws, with access limited to necessary data to perform duties.
