Job Description

The Nurse Supervisor manages daily clinical operations in the HIV/AIDS program, overseeing staff supervision, clinic workflow, patient triage, and quality initiatives.

  • Responsibilities include ensuring patient flow, supervising staff, maintaining professionalism, optimizing processes, and supporting staff development.
  • Collaborates with management to troubleshoot issues, ensures confidentiality, manages supplies and medications, and oversees compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NYS RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably with supervisory roles.
