Job Description

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a skilled nursing facility, focusing on rehab-to-home or long-term care for seniors covered by private insurance or Medicare Part A.

  • Provide physical therapy and wellness services under supervision of a PT
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards per policies
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement
  • Assist in optimizing residents’ functional well-being and satisfaction
