Job Description
The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate environment by providing patient care through kindness and active listening.
Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and documentation per policies and regulations.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
Assesses patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment.
Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Administers medications as ordered and collaborates with the team to develop care plans.
Guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
The role requires handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations.
