Job Description
Full-time Night Shift RN position in the Observation Unit at a hospital in Tulsa, OK, working 7pm-7am, 36 hours/week.
Provides leadership by coordinating staffing, ensuring quality patient care across specialties like Emergency, Critical Care, or Women’s Health.
Assigns, educates, and monitors staff, plans shifts, and manages patient care needs while maintaining productivity.
Handles patient care concerns, manages resources, and participates in hiring and staff development.
Requires RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board and BLS certification within 30 days.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
