Seeking a travel RN Hospice for an 8-week assignment in Baltimore, MD, starting 08/04/2025, working 40 hours/week on day shifts.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive hospice care, documenting with HCHB and OASIS, maintaining productivity of 26-28 points, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS certification, 2+ years hospice experience, proficiency in HCHB/OASIS, and flexibility to float and meet weekend needs.

Contract offers no on-call or overtime, with pre-approved time off requiring makeup.
