Job Description
This position involves practicing independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex nursing care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Demonstrates proficiency in leadership, self-management, and team collaboration.
Utilizes the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—according to standards.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs appropriately.
Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care details accurately.
Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, families, and caregivers.
Job requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred), BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state or compact.
Work is full-time.
