This role in the General Surgery/Trauma-B3 unit involves providing compassionate patient care through active listening and kindness. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments and tests, and documenting care. The nurse assesses patient needs, interprets diagnostic tests, and collaborates with the team to develop care plans. The unit is a large post-surgical inpatient ward caring for trauma, orthopedics, ENT, thoracic, plastics, and bariatric patients.
