Job Description
The Registered Professional Nurse in the Secure Unit – C3W works day shifts, assessing, planning, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their stay, focusing on discharge readiness and smooth transitions.
Responsible for delivering compassionate, competent care to inpatients, outpatients, and community patients.
Coordinates care provided by the team to ensure quality and continuity.
Participates in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP), progressing from novice to competent within a specialty, with opportunities for advancement.
Salary ranges from $68,640.00 to $70,699.20, with hourly rates between $33.00 and $33.99.
