Job Description
This Nurse Supervisor coordinates daily clinical activities in OB-GYN departments at main and satellite sites to ensure smooth operations, appropriate staffing, clinical standards, and safety.
Manages patient flow, supervises triage nurses, and oversees workflows.
Develops staff, maintains compliance, and promotes a positive, collaborative environment.
Addresses patient satisfaction, manages clinical performance, and ensures efficient clinic operations.
Maintains supplies, equipment, and regulatory adherence, including Joint Commission standards.
Acts as a liaison, mentors staff, and supports quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, associate’s degree, and 3+ years of nursing experience, preferably in leadership.
The role emphasizes service excellence, teamwork, confidentiality, resource stewardship, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
