Job Description
This full-time RN position offers a weekend differential of $3.00/hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with regulations and policies.
Lead daily activities of nursing staff, ensuring compliance and holistic resident care.
Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Assess residents’ condition changes, notify physicians and families, document findings.
Administer medications, wound treatments, and perform skilled nursing procedures.
Perform rounds, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure resident needs are met.
Report incidents, manage supplies, and update care plans.
Follow infection control protocols, report abuse or neglect, and participate in surveys and quality activities.
Must hold an active RN license, have 1+ years of clinical experience (preferably geriatrics), and demonstrate compassion.
Salary ranges from USD $35.00 to $47.00 per hour.
