Job Description

• Emergency Department is a fast-paced, high-acuity Level III Trauma Center with 15 treatment rooms and a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

  • Provides high-quality, timely care across all ages, emphasizing teamwork, prioritization, and professionalism.
  • Offers flexible self-scheduling via Smart Square to support work-life balance.
  • Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within organizational policies.
  • Maintains standards of practice and coordinates care activities of assigned staff.
  • Requires a nursing degree, current Georgia RN license or multistate license, and BLS certification.
  • New graduates are eligible; preferred experience includes hospital nursing and advanced certifications.
