Job Description
Seeking a travel RN in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Urbana, Illinois, starting ASAP.
Work 36 hours/week on 12-hour night shifts.
Provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies.
Assess patients, monitor fetal and maternal health, administer medications, and assist with deliveries, including C-sections.
Support patients emotionally, educate on childbirth and postpartum care, and ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare team members, communicate effectively with families, and follow infection control protocols.
Recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies, manage high-risk complications, and advocate for patient preferences.
