Job Description
This role involves delivering high-quality Nuclear Medicine procedures in a safe, respectful, and efficient manner.
Candidates should have a Nuclear Medicine diploma or degree, be CNMT or NMTCN eligible, and have BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Preferred experience includes at least one year in a hospital setting, but training is available.
The position requires physical ability to operate equipment, assist patients, and perform tasks like lifting and moving patients.
Responsibilities include verifying patient information, ensuring safety protocols, maintaining a clean environment, and following isotope procedures.
Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills are essential, along with willingness to take call for STAT studies after hours and weekends.
Emphasis is on patient dignity, safety, and quality care, with opportunities to assist in other areas during downtime.
