Job Description

This RN Charge Nurse position offers 36 hours/week with variable shifts and pay between $39.99-$59.18/hour.

They provide leadership and clinical expertise, coordinate staffing, and support staff on their shift.

Essential functions include patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, delegating tasks, and evaluating outcomes.

They ensure legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance, manage resources, and handle staffing needs efficiently.

The role involves mediating conflicts, promoting professionalism, and participating in quality improvement.

Qualifications include an active RN license, BLS certification, clinical experience, and a BSN (or obtaining one within four years).

Preferred candidates have at least one year of clinical experience. The role requires physical ability to assist with patient movement, operate equipment, and communicate effectively.
