PRN opportunity for 12-hour day shifts in an outpatient cancer clinic providing direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and education.
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
Participates in ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.
Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
Requires RN license, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree and less than 2 years of experience.
