Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home risk assessments, open to new grads, offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of adult and geriatric patients in various settings, including home and skilled facilities
Review health histories, medication adherence, social factors, and risks to improve care quality
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and caregivers to develop care plans and provide follow-up
Work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends in Williamsport, PA
Earn $2,000 to $10,000/month based on assessment completion, with mileage reimbursement
Qualifications include an RN and NP license, board certification, CPR/BLS, and ability to travel
Strong communication, computer skills, and adaptability required; new grads encouraged to apply
