*Looking for an RN / Nurse who wants to work PT 32 hours a week*
Visiting Angels, a national network of locally owned and operated providers of non-medical in- home personal care services, is seeking an extraordinary and energetic professional to join our dedicated team. Our RN Care Coordinators/Case Managers are VITAL in assuring that we meet the needs and expectations of both our clients and their families. They also are essential in building our referral network with community resources.

Our Nurse Care Coordinators are engaged in the following activities:
* Assessments – the initial meeting with potential new clients to develop a care plan identifying all expectations of care by the client and their family.
* Community Awareness – Develop, foster, nurture, and enhance relationships with a variety of community resources that engage and interact with our senior population that could benefit from the services we provide as well as be a resource for our clients, family members and circle of support.
* Customer Service – Conduct “Supervisory Visits” with current clients for quality assurance of care being provided. Update Care Plan as appropriate for changing conditions or needs, and engage with family members, physicians, and auxiliary services for continuity of care purposes. The consistent and reliable delivery of quality care is paramount to Visiting Angels.
* Caregiver Service – Train and engage caregivers regarding their individual needs and abilities to deliver the appropriate consistent care and reassure them that they are highly valued members of the team.

The successful candidate / RN for this position will have:
* RN License – active and in good standing with State of MN
* Preferred but not required – Case Management experience
* Preferred but not required – Previous sales/relationship development experience
* Extraordinary communication skills
* Strong organization skills – Multi Task and Prioritize
* Time management experience
* DEDICATION to highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction (both internal and external customer)
* Detail oriented – communication and documentation of interactions with clients and caregivers
* Intermediate computer skills

To put it simply – you need to play in the sand box well with others! We are looking for candidates / registered nurses who will focus their time, effort and energy throughout the twin cities. Nurses are mostly out-of-the office meeting with prospects and/or current clients in their homes throughout the Twin Cities.

Salary: 32 hours a week
Range: 60,000-75,000 Annually
Requirements:

Experience:
* Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
* Business development: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* RN license in MN (Preferred)
* Valid Drivers License

Work Location: In person, however the RN position is generally traveling to the homes of prospects and clients throughout the Twin Cities.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
