Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee clinical operations of the physical therapy clinic to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
* Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
* Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery.
* Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on care as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices in physical therapy.
* Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare providers to promote clinic services.
* Manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
* Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team productivity to upper management.
* Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic’s visibility and patient engagement.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrate new techniques and methodologies into practice.
Essential Qualifications:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification (specific educational qualifications not detailed).
* State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in California.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-centered approach.
* Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Desired Experience:
* Prior clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
* Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of improving clinic operations and patient outcomes.
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinic management software.
