At Barclay Friends, we are committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive and dynamic environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of the Nursing Supervisor or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents while working in a collaborative, caring environment.

*Key Responsibilities*
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Barclay Friends, you will:
* *Provide Resident Care*: Assess and evaluate residents’ clinical needs, administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, and ensure proper specimen collection for lab testing. Monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the attending physician and nursing supervisor.
* *Maintain Accurate Documentation*: Record all care and treatment details promptly, accurately, and in compliance with care plan requirements. Update resident care plans and progress notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
* *Foster a Compassionate Environment*: Engage in person-centered care by promoting residents’ independence and providing emotional support. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care possible.
* *Resolve Concerns*: Address any questions or concerns from residents or their families, approach situations with empathy, and develop solutions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* *Supervise CNAs*: Oversee and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on your unit, providing direction and support while ensuring high-quality care standards are met.
* *Compliance and Safety*: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, and state regulations. Participate in in-services, meetings, and annual compliance training.

*Education and Qualifications*
* 3+ years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
* BLS CPR certification

Pay: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour
