Job Description

REF:#21765d18d18202bf We are a Group home Care Facility with several locations; Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, and Brooklyn Center.

8 Hour Shifts starting at 7am, 3pm, and 11pm and 12 Hour Shifts starting at 7am or 7pm

*Nursing Duties and Responsibilities:*

* Provide Daily Cares and Assist with patient comfort
* Administer medications, provide wound care, and care for other treatment options
* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Take vital signs.
* Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
* Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
* Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
* Maintain accurate patient medical records
* Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
* Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
* Familiarity with medical software and equipment
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* We are owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses with ICU and emergency medicine experience.
* We are searching for RN’s and LPN’s to provide daily cares for the individuals living in our Group Homes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.50 – $38.00 per hour
