Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
Provide direction to clinical team members
Maintain resident confidentiality
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Please have a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN in the state of RI
Primary Series of COVID Vaccine Required
