SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (Full time):
· Average earning potential $250,000-$400,000+ (Including New Graduates!).
· $1,500 – $1,800+ per day.
· New case start bonus.
· Sign-on bonus of $10,000+.
· Two weeks paid vacation time in your first year that increases over time.

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
· DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
· Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program (or pending certificate completion).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
· Perform patient examinations and diagnosis.
· Develop and present customized treatment plans for each patient.
· Place and adjust orthodontic appliances and monitor progress of treatment.
· Communicate effectively with patients, guardians, and other dental professionals.
· Maintain accurate and up to date patient records.
· Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
· Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
· Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
