Position: Full-Time Private Duty LPN

Location: Sweetwater/Philadelphia, TN

Overview: Join our team to provide one-on-one care in a home setting, making a meaningful impact with a consistent schedule.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • G-Tube care
  • Monitoring seizure precautions
  • Assistance with ADLs
  • Incontinence care

Qualifications:
