Job Description

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough, MA is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend shifts (7p-7:30a) with a $7,500 sign-on bonus. The role offers an earning potential of up to $52/hour, plus shift differentials of $11.00 to $15.00/hour, and a new bonus program providing $5/hour for all hours worked each quarter.

Primary responsibilities include leading a dedicated team of nurses and therapists to support patient care, particularly for a diverse patient population with an average stay of 15 to 25 days. Acute care experience is required, and new hires will receive comprehensive orientation and additional training in essential skills.

Prerequisites include graduation from an accredited program, a current Massachusetts nursing license, preferred acute care experience, and BLS certification.
