CoreCivic is seeking Clinical Supervisors for the Cibola County Correctional Center in Milan, NM, who are dedicated to providing high-quality care in an institutional setting. Responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Warden/Facility Administrator for daily clinical operations.
• Managing and supervising nursing and clinical activities.
• Training and evaluating nursing staff and non-licensed health care providers.
• Providing direct patient care and performing triage and physical assessments.
• Ensuring adequate staffing and filling in during shortages.
• Performing emergency care and coordinating with Licensed Independent Providers.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, current state licensure, two years of nursing experience, and preferred supervisory experience. The position offers a salary of $118,000 – $120,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).
