The FAST Therapist-Crisis Services position involves providing case coordination, brief intensive therapy, and crisis intervention for children and youth. The role is part of a team delivering clinical, emergency, and assessment services under the NLCMHA. Key responsibilities include promoting the FAST Mobile Crisis Team, responding to crises, developing safety plans, and connecting families to community resources. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with two years of mental health experience. Preferred qualifications include relevant licenses. The position offers a salary range of $66,418 to $79,284, along with comprehensive benefits.
