Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking skilled nursing professionals to join the VNA Hospice team, offering rates starting at $35 per hour and a $6,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves providing in-home palliative and hospice care to patients in Armstrong, Butler, and surrounding counties, with a focus on enhancing quality of life and supporting families during critical times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising aides and LPNs in patient care.
• Coordinating care and making referrals for additional services.
• Providing patient and family education on care and symptom management.
• Participating in quality improvement activities.
• Maintaining compliance with safety and confidentiality policies.
