- Ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, active STNA certification, and strong communication skills. Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
