Job Description

The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) plays a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in healthcare and assisted living facilities. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the STNA assists with daily living activities, monitors vital signs, and ensures resident safety and comfort. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Documenting care in electronic health records.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, active STNA certification, and strong communication skills. Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
