Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical Technologist to lead the Ortho/Spine team. This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The Surgical Technologist Lead will act as a clinical leader in the Operating Room, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, mentoring the OR team, and demonstrating expertise in surgical techniques. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience, hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, and possess a Virginia Surgical Technologist license.
