Physical Therapist (Full-Time – PT) – Luverne Nursing Home (Floater)

Job Description

This float position will cover the Luverne and Andalusia facilities, offering a flexible schedule with one weekend rotation per month. The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services, supervising therapy assistants, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, instructing patients and caregivers, and participating in discharge planning. Candidates must have a degree in physical therapy, a valid state license, and two years of clinical experience. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are required.
