LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) NIGHT SHIFT (FT/PT/PRN)

Job Description

Boonespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Union, KY is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a pay range of $29 to $34 per hour, plus additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct LPN nursing care
• Oversee nursing assistants’ activities
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• Attend required training and educational events

Requirements:

• Current Kentucky LPN certification
• Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid work history with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and passion for elderly care
