• Assess and update patient care plans

**Qualifications:**
• Valid Kansas RN license
• 2 years clinical experience preferred
• 1 year hospice/home health experience required
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification

**Job Type:** Full-time
**Pay:** Starting at $76,000 per year
