As an RN, you will:

  • Report to the Clinical Manager daily
  • Provide home health services to an assigned caseload
  • Develop and coordinate the Physician Plan of Care
  • Document care using a tablet within 24-48 hours
  • Ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulations
