The MRI Technologist position requires performing MRI examinations on inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases according to approved protocols. Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, securing IV access, injecting contrast, and operating the MRI scanner. The technologist will also conduct standard exams, biopsies, and other special procedures as needed.


Qualifications include:

  • Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program
  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist or accredited MRI Technology Program graduate
  • SCRQSA Certification (if applicable)
  • Experience in advanced imaging modalities
  • Current CPR certification
  • Compliance with continuing education requirements
