Position Summary: The Registered Nurse delivers direct and indirect care to clients, following organizational policies and state regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled nursing care per physician’s orders.
• Documenting health status and communicating with families and physicians.
• Administering medications and conducting health assessments.
• Training clients in self-care techniques.
• Supervising caregivers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Participating in staff meetings and training new employees.

Qualifications: Candidates should have a nursing degree, relevant experience, a current nursing license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Salary: $35.00 per hour.
