Essential Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate patient care, updating care plans as needed.
• Complete documentation timely, including Oasis and order submissions.
• Supervise and teach clinical personnel when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an RN or LPN.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Compassionate with strong time management skills.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
