Job Description

Position Purpose: Under the Nurse Manager’s direction, this role focuses on providing optimal patient care through the nursing process, ensuring individualized patient outcomes throughout their care episode. The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families.

Nature and Scope: The RN is responsible for diagnosing and treating health responses, coordinating care, and meeting age-specific competency standards. This position demands continuous mental effort for safe patient care and effective communication with internal and external contacts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Must possess knowledge of English and meet RN licensure requirements in Nevada.
• Experience: None required.
• Licenses: Nevada RN license and Point of Care Analyst license within 120 days of hire.
• Certifications: Current BLS certification; additional certifications required within specified timeframes.

Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift (1845-0715), eligible for benefits.
