Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Marlton, NJ facilities, focusing on long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and sub-acute care. The OT will provide high-level resident care, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and manage resources effectively.

Essential Duties:

• Direct and evaluate resident rehabilitation care, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with staff.
• Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Assist with marketing and participate in training programs.
• Travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
