Part-time Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits (Flexible + Some Benefits)

Job Description

We are seeking part-time, board-certified nurse practitioners to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members in New York State. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to manage personal and clinical commitments while earning competitive pay starting at $80 per hour. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, reviewing medical histories, and identifying barriers to care without prescribing medications or altering treatment plans.

• Flexible hours with shifts available Monday to Sunday (no nights/weekends required).
• Potential to increase per-visit rates and earn additional compensation through a pay-per-test model.
• Malpractice coverage and all necessary supplies provided by the company.
• Eligibility for dental and vision insurance, plus 401K match after one year.
• Minimum of 12 hours per week required, with at least one day of availability every 60 days to maintain employment status.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree and a New York Nurse Practitioner License. The position allows for additional work with other companies during part-time employment.
