We are seeking a Clinic Director with a salary range of $105,000 – $120,000 annually, plus relocation assistance. The role involves overseeing clinical operations, managing a team of physical therapists, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include developing policies, monitoring patient outcomes, conducting evaluations, and managing clinic budgets. Essential qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, California state licensure, and strong leadership skills. Desired experience includes prior clinical and managerial roles.
