Early Intervention Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to join a team of pediatric specialists providing family-centered services for children aged 0-3. This role involves collaborating with experts in various developmental areas to support families in meeting their child’s needs through education and training.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Psychology)
• 300+ hours of experience with children under 5
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Partner with families to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs)
• Conduct home visits and facilitate parent/child groups
• Complete assessments and maintain communication with care providers
