Position: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

Shift: Full-time, NOC 6:00pm-6:30am, every 3rd weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality direct care under RN supervision
• Participate in tenant care plan development and modification
• Collect and report tenant health data
• Assign and monitor tasks of unlicensed staff

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Minnesota Board of Nursing approved nursing program
• Current Minnesota LPN license
• CPR and emergency care certification
