Job Description

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Fairfield, Iowa, which includes additional coverage at a nearby hospital and skilled nursing facility. This full-time role involves assessing and treating patients to enhance their functional abilities, maintaining documentation, and developing new patient programs. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients to improve quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (B.A., B.S., M.A., M.S., or OTD).
• Eligible for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
