Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor for a 40-hour position from 11 pm to 7 am, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus. The RN Supervisor will manage daily nursing activities, including staffing, admissions, and ensuring compliance with medication procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Ensure quality nursing care is provided.
• Oversee compliance with medication protocols.
• Provide leadership training for Charge Nurses.
• Enforce infection control procedures.

Requirements:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
