Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Technician for a correctional facility in Susanville, California.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $57 to $63 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time contract (6 to 9 months, eligible for extension), Fri – Tues, 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Requirements:

• Current LPT license and BLS certification
• 12 months of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years
• Valid photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport)

Duties:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders
• Communicate with staff and act as a liaison with the interdisciplinary team
• Complete incident and medication error reports as needed
