Job Description

Join our team as a Unit Manager (Full-Time Days or Part-Time Weekend Supervisor) with sign-on bonuses of up to $12,000 for full-time and $6,000 for part-time positions!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the clinical team.
• Collaborate with physicians and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.
• Review care plans and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Handle special projects and clinical responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 4+ years of nursing experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• COVID vaccination required.
