RN or LPN, Staff Nurse

Job Description

Join a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in the community, focusing on hope, health, and happiness. We are seeking RNs and LPNs for our skilled nursing facility, providing care for pediatric residents with diverse medical needs.

Available Units:

• Pediatric Ventilator Unit
• Medical Fragile Respiratory Unit
• Intellectual/Developmental Disability Unit

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide care per physician orders
• Perform nursing assessments
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation
• Supervise CNAs and communicate updates

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in nursing
• Current Kentucky LPN or RN License
• CPR certification
• Preferred experience in acute or long-term care
