We are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Century Villa in Greentown, IN, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients and families for continuity of care.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Document resident progress accurately.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility.
CCC-SLP preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
