We are seeking a Program Director for our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Highpoint, NC. The role involves:

  • Overseeing daily operations and treatment services of the OTP
  • Managing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Developing and maintaining the Quality Assurance Plan
  • Addressing patient and referral complaints
  • Facilitating weekly treatment team meetings
  • Completing monthly controlled substance inventories
  • Attending required OTP meetings and trainings

    • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), at least 1 year of addiction services experience, and 3 years of supervisory experience in human services. Relevant credentials (LCSW, LMHC, etc.) are preferred. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
